Tekakwitha Conference

The Tekakwitha Conference is the annual meeting of Catholic Indian People.  The Conference began at Fargo in 1939 with 27 priests present.  It has grown enormously.  In 1987 Pope John Paul came to the Conference for one afternoon.  15,000 Catholic Indian people attended him.
