Greetings: Read the Argus Leader article this AM.  I have on a few occasions visited the abbey and has always been refreshed and renewed.  You are a blessing. In Christ, (Paul 9/12/04)

I just finished reading Brother Benet's book, The view from a Monastery. Having been school classmate of his, I so appreciate getting this book from him.  God has truly blessed him with a wonderful talent.  Thank you Deny.  This reminded me of my Benedictine roots!  How far and yet how close we have been with the blessings of St. Benedict in our lives. (Bonnie 9/12/04)

Indian spirituality and wisdom is very inspiring.  So far away from the dead letter of the law and western hierarchical philosophy. (Andrew 9/1/04)

What a beautiful website! I randomly clicked on Fr. Stanislaus Maudlin's story and God put it in my heart to offer my day's efforts in thanksgiving for this good monk's life. It's a small, humble offering of one day in thanksgiving for a lifetime of service, but even so -- Fr. Stan is my "saint of the day!" Please pray for me. I'm discerning a call to Benedictine Oblation. :-) Thank you! (Mari 9/1/04)

Thank you for making this resource available to everyone. Blessings to you in your important work! (William 8/19/04)

Thanks for the prayer schedule.  I use it often. (Nancy 8/14/04)

Brothers, Thank you for posting the shorter, simpler version of daily prayer posted on your web site. I have prayed the hours off and on for almost 20 years, and this is the least distracting format I've ever used. God bless. (Bernard 4/28/04)

This is just to say, "Thanks" for your wonderful web site,  .. especially for the psalms printout and schedule .. I had read Br. Benet Tvedten's book some time ago, and was delighted to find  this page under "psalms" .. In fact, I had been seriously wanting to E-Mail you for some time, but did not have your address .. My hope is to be able to locate an audio rendition of the psalms .. to be able to hear .. and to chant along with .. the monks as they sing .  Reading is only one part of the practice, and I can do that just by using the written Scriptures .. I can even get an audio recording of the psalms being read .. (Harvey 4/26/04)

What a wonderful website!  I've always had difficulty with the breviary and now I can "pray with the monks" at my desk before each work day.  How wonderful. Thank you. (Dave 4/14/04)

My cousin happened to be surfing the web and came across your website and is now passing it throughout our family.  I was very excited to receive it from him as Gene Cler was our uncle.  What a special tribute this is to him.  Thank you!  He loved the Abbey very much. (Peggy 3/04/04)

Wow! I have always loved the psalms. I will use your sight to inspire and encourage myself. I do social work and work with the results of a culture gone mad over materialism, broken and abused children and adults!!! A good dose of the psalms will be much appreciated from time to time. Bless the brothers and priests involved. Our journey gets a little weary from time to time but the breath of god blowing through the psalms is quite refreshing. peace joy and especially love. (Michael 3/4/04)

I enjoyed reading about your abbey and its work, and am very impressed with the American Indian Center and its history.  Your isolated setting is lovely and is certain to inspire and give reason to reflect.  I particularly enjoyed reading about Br.
