The Four Values

The Four Values are the Four Directions on which a good life depends.  The Elders of the Tribe give these Values to the young by the way the Elders live.  The Holy Man and his helpers tell the stories of brave men and women who had these values. The young learn that it is better to give a lot than to have a lot.  They learn that a person who does something dangerous to help another person deserves honor and respect.  They learn that all things live in harmony, when they respect the places of the other things.    

They learn that, when the sun rises, then we see clearly what things are.
